Installation & Programming
We supply skilled audio visual engineers to enable our customers to deliver projects on time and to cost. Our core team of experienced installers and designers can deliver any audio visual installation, no matter how urgent or how complicated, across the UK and Europe. All of our engineers come with the relevant accreditations.
We have a core team of 20 engineers who are based around the UK. Our engineers are trained to a high standard and we work closely with them to monitor and validate our high quality expectations for each engineer on each project. Our engineers are able to work anywhere in the UK and Europe. In addition to our core team, we have access to an additional 40 freelance engineers that we can access during the busiest periods of the year. As well as audio visual installation we can support the following:
- Commissioning - we are supported by excellent audio visual commissioners that can work alongside programmers and engineers to configure and test systems once installed.
- Programming – we have access to several highly recommended programmers who we work in partnership with when required.
- Rack Build – we have capacity to build racks on and off-site when required. Our Cambridge office is equipped to manage off-site builds when required by the customer.

Service & Maintenance
We can service and maintain any audio visual system. This enables our customer to focus their in-house teams on new projects whilst we maintain their existing systems efficiently and cost effectively.
We pride ourselves in being flexible to the needs of our customers and we work to a service level agreement and reporting procedure defined and agreed by our customers. We cover a number of service and maintenance contracts with service level agreements that have been created for the individual needs of each project and client.
We provide real-time information to our clients about each project or installation through our Field Service App. This App captures information and details of installations and delivers this to the client in real-time. The information will include customer comments and signatures, images of the installation and any details relevant to each job. All of this will be done online and delivered immediately to the client on completion of each installation.
We have developed our own practical and theoretical audio visual installation training course. This three day course enables our engineers to apply theory to practical installation training and allows us to set our expectations with our team and to train our engineers to these high standards. Because of high demand from our industry partners, we have recently opened the course up to external engineers wishing to improve their knowledge and practical skills.
Our course as now been endorsed by InfoComm and completing the CTBO audio visual training counts towards InfoComm’s Renewal Unit Scheme. Attending this course earns candidates 15 Renewal Units (engineers are required to earn 30 units every 3 years).
We are constantly looking at how we can raise standards relevant to our industry. Creating a real hands-on practical course ensures all of our engineers are trained to the highest standard. We are now working closely with InfoComm to create additional modules to support our training expectations.
